Before using our service, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. These terms define the rules and conditions of using ShopMC and establish the rights and responsibilities of our service's users.

1. General Provisions

ShopMC is an online platform that allows Minecraft server users to purchase in-game related products.
The privacy policy of ShopMC.app applies.
By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Users who do not agree with the terms of this agreement should refrain from using our service.

2. Registration and Login

To use ShopMC, you must create a user account.
Account registration is possible through Google (Gmail) or Discord accounts.
Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and should not share login information with others.

3. Purchases and Payments

Stores available in ShopMC are managed by Minecraft server owners, not ShopMC itself.
Before making a purchase, we recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of the specific store.
ShopMC does not mediate in fund transfers but provides technical infrastructure for transactions.
ShopMC is not responsible for completed transactions.

4. Liability

ShopMC is not responsible for products purchased by users from sellers registered on our service.
In case of disputes between a user and a seller, ShopMC will take actions to resolve the issue, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the seller.
The service is not responsible for content posted by users.
Responsibility for compliance with Minecraft's EULA rests entirely with the seller.

5. Purchase of Pro Plan

The Pro Plan is an additional service available to ShopMC users, offering various additional features and benefits.
Purchasing the Pro Plan is voluntary and can be done after logging into your user account.
The Pro Plan fee will be charged according to the selected payment method and subscription period.
Users are responsible for monitoring payment deadlines and renewing their Pro Plan subscription if they wish to continue using the service.
ShopMC reserves the right to change the prices and scope of services within the Pro Plan. Users will be notified of changes on their accounts or via the email address provided during registration.
Users have the right to cancel the Pro Plan at any time. To do so, they should disable the Pro Plan subscription in their user account settings.

6. Security and Prohibited Activities

ShopMC users commit to using our service in compliance with applicable laws and fair play principles.
All attempts to breach security, hack, engage in fraud, conduct illegal activities, or misuse the service are strictly prohibited.
In case of security breaches or prohibited activities, ShopMC reserves the right to immediately block a user's account and take appropriate legal actions.

7. Changes to the Terms

ShopMC reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time.
Users will be informed of changes through notifications on their accounts or via the email address provided during registration.
Continued use of our services after changes to the terms implies acceptance of these changes.

8. Ending the Use of ShopMC

Users have the right to end their use of ShopMC at any time.
In case of violations of these terms or applicable regulations, ShopMC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for a specific user.
